Julie Kaley: When’s the last time you went shopping online. Amazon, Google. Well, guess what? Real estate is really no different. When you put your house for sale, sticking a sign in the yard and putting it on the MLS. Well, that’s basic. You need to have your home exposed to the masses and reach thousands of potential buyers on a weekly basis. Hi, my name is Julie Kaley and I’m your local real estate broker. I serve Stanislaus, San Joaquin and Merced counties.
Did you know that 95% of home buyers report searching online to find their next property and did you know out of that 95%, that 77% utilize social media in their home search. Yet only about 16% of agents out there are utilizing social media marketing strategies and really out of that 16%, only about 1% are doing it correctly.
